Yes. Our mobile notary service covers hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and private residences across Charlotte, DeSoto, Lee, and Sarasota Counties. We bring the notary seal, journal, and (if pre-arranged) credible witnesses.
All three are legally equivalent for most documents. In-person and mobile are required for some specific documents (e.g., certain real estate deeds and wills). Online (RON) is faster, available evenings and weekends, and works from anywhere in the U.S. for clients located in any state.
A few categories are restricted by Florida law: vital records (birth/death certificates), photocopies of public records, and documents that require legal advice or interpretation.
