Common questions

Notary FAQ.

What clients ask before booking — straight answers, no legal-speak.

01 Is Remote Online Notarization (RON) legal in Florida?

Yes. Florida law authorizes Remote Online Notarization for clients located anywhere in the United States — provided you have a valid government-issued ID and a reliable internet connection. Our notary public is fully RON-commissioned in the state of Florida.

Absolutely. Our team is fully bilingual (English / Spanish). We explain documents, walk you through the signing, and provide the notarization in your preferred language — at no extra cost.

Yes. Our mobile notary service covers hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and private residences across Charlotte, DeSoto, Lee, and Sarasota Counties. We bring the notary seal, journal, and (if pre-arranged) credible witnesses.

All three are legally equivalent for most documents. In-person and mobile are required for some specific documents (e.g., certain real estate deeds and wills). Online (RON) is faster, available evenings and weekends, and works from anywhere in the U.S. for clients located in any state.

A few categories are restricted by Florida law: vital records (birth/death certificates), photocopies of public records, and documents that require legal advice or interpretation. We’re also not authorized to represent you in immigration matters. If in doubt, call us before your appointment — most cases are routine.

Important Disclaimer We are not attorneys licensed to practice law and may not give legal advice or accept fees for legal advice. We are not accredited to represent you in immigration matters.
